Job Description

Strategy & Execution: Responsible for the growth and operation of our overseas influencer/creator network. Develop and execute creator collaboration strategies aligned with our goals for user growth, GMV, ROI, and brand awareness.

Talent Pool Management: Build and maintain a robust pool of overseas creator resources. Continuously expand our network by recruiting gaming, general entertainment, and community-focused influencers/creators (KOLs/KOCs) from platforms like TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, X, Discord, and Twitch.

Campaign & Conversion: Plan and launch impactful marketing initiatives by integrating platform business objectives, gaming trends, and regional market insights. These initiatives include KOL campaigns, micro-influencer missions, CPS/affiliate programs, and community engagement projects to drive content creation, generate sales leads, and improve conversion rates.

Team & Process Management: Oversee the daily management of the overseas team, including goal setting and breakdown, performance tracking, efficiency management, training, and post-project reviews. Establish and refine team processes, including SOPs for influencer outreach, data dashboards, creator databases, and lead management systems to enhance overall team efficiency and partnership success.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams in China, including Growth, Merchandising, Design, Product, and Business Development, to ensure seamless integration of influencer collaborations with platform events, product features, and promotional campaigns.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in overseas influencer marketing, creator marketing, affiliate marketing, or a related growth marketing role. Experience in team management or as a project owner is a plus.

Deep understanding of the creator ecosystems on mainstream social media platforms such as TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, X, Discord, and Twitch. Experience or a strong network in the US and/or European markets is highly preferred.

Professional working proficiency in English is required, with excellent cross-cultural communication skills. Proficiency in Mandarin is a significant plus for effective collaboration with our teams in China.
