As Lead — Learning & Organisation Development, you will be the architect of how InMobians grow, connect, and carry the organisation's story forward. This is not a back-office role. You will be in the room, in the cohort, in the conversation — designing learning that sticks and curating stories that matter. What you'll own Learning experience design
Architect cohort-based learning journeys from onboarding through the full first-year lifecycle — blending in-person, async, and peer-led formats into experiences that InMobians actually remember.
Storytelling & Communication
Mine the richness of L&OD work to surface compelling stories for internal newsletters, all-hands moments, and external platforms — amplifying what great learning looks like at InMobi. This will be a critical tool to influence and unlock mindsets, and will not be a branding exercise alone.
New joiner experience
Be the live-wire for every InMobian entering the door — capturing the pulse of their early experience, converting real-time feedback into design improvements, and making them feel the culture from Day 1.
Stakeholder partnership
Collaborate deeply with Leaders, People Business Partners, Talent Development Leaders to ensure learning journeys are contextual, connected to org priorities, and felt — not just attended.
Programme operations & data
Own the end-to-end logistics of learning programmes — vendor management, LMS hygiene, budget tracking, and post-programme analytics that tie effort to impact.
OD diagnostics & interventions
Identify organisational health signals through human-led listening tools (surveys, focus groups, skip-level data) and co-design targeted interventions that strengthen teams and culture.
Content & curriculum development
Build and iterate on learning content — from facilitator guides and participant workbooks to short-form video and digital modules — staying current with the craft of instructional design.
External ecosystem building
Map and manage a curated network of coaches, facilitators, and learning partners who can bring the outside world in — and help scale what the team cannot always deliver alone.
What you bring
5–8 years of experience in L&D, OD, or a closely adjacent people function, ideally in a fast-moving tech or consumer internet environment.
A genuine love for the craft — you lose track of time designing a curriculum or workshopping a facilitation flow.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; you can make complex ideas feel simple and mundane ideas feel worth reading.
Experience enabling cohort learning, workshops, or leadership programmes — comfortable holding a room and holding the energy.
Comfort with ambiguity; you move with intent even when the brief is still forming.
A systems thinker who can zoom out to see the complete learner journey and zoom in to get the details right.
Data literacy — you know how to measure what matters and avoid vanity metrics. Genuine curiosity about people, organisations, and the science of how humans learn and change.
