Job ResponsibilitiesThe Programme Manager, Partnerships & Engagement is responsible for developing, managing, and growing strategic partnerships that advance We Care’s mission, expand its community impact, and strengthen its sustainability.The role will support corporate engagement, community collaborations and volunteer initiatives aligned with We Care’s addiction recovery and community resilience priorities.This is a relationship-driven role requiring strong stakeholder management, business development, communications, and project management capabilities, together with a passion for community impact and social service.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1. Partnership Developmenta) Identify,cultivate, and manage partnerships with:Corporationsand MNCsSMEsFoundations and philanthropic organizationsSchools and Institutes of Higher LearningHealthcare providers Community organizations Government agencies and social service partnersb) Build long-term relationships that generate funding support, volunteer participation and in-kind contributionsc) Develop partnership proposals, sponsorship packages, Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs), and collaboration agreements that support We Care’s key service pillars: Addiction counselling and recovery support Family strengtheningCommunity education and preventionWorkplace wellness and addiction awareness Community recovery and reintegration2. Corporate Engagement and ESG Initiativesa) Design and implement corporate engagement programs aligned with:Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) goalsEmployee well-being and engagement initiativesCorporate fundraising campaignsb) Serve as the primary liaison for corporate and institutional partnersc) Track and report partnership outcomes and ESG-related impact metrics3. Support Donor and Corporate Volunteer Management4. Communications and Impact ReportingCollaborate with communications and program teams to develop engaging materials for external relationsMaintain accurate records of programme and engagement outcomesPrepare regular management reports for stakeholders. EDUCATION Bachelor’s Degree in Community Development, Social Work, Business, Communications,Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.TECHNICALCOMPETENCIES Strong project management and organizational skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills Social Media content generation Negotiation skills, business intelligenceMarket and competitor analysisTech savvyWORK EXPERIENCE a) Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in any of the following Partnership developmentCommunity relations / developmentCSR/ESG managementDigital Content ManagementFundraising / DevelopmentDonor and volunteer managementb) Demonstrated experience working with corporations, community organizations, or social service agencies in Singapore. c) Prior experience in SocialServices sector is an advantage.
