You will develop integrated strategies that combine creative thinking and data analysis to effectively reach target audiences and drive business objectives.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with clients and account teams to understand business objectives, marketing goals, and advertising strategiesDevelop and present integrated media communication strategies tailored to client campaignsPlan and monitor advertising campaigns across offline (press, television, radio, outdoor) and online (digital platforms) media channelsLaunch optimized online advertisements to increase brand awareness and drive key performance indicatorsIdentify appropriate media platforms and channels to deliver client brand or product communication objectives effectivelyAnalyse target audiences’ characteristics, behaviours, and media consumption habits to inform campaign strategiesLiaise with creative teams, clients, and consumers to develop cohesive media strategies and campaignsConduct data and research analysis using industry resources to support strategy developmentBuild and maintain strong relationships with media and platform partners to facilitate campaign successMeasure digital marketing performance using web analytics tools such as Google AnalyticsEvaluate campaign effectiveness and manage ongoing campaign adjustmentsPrepare and deliver detailed campaign performance reportsPreferred competencies and qualificationsExperience with B2C social media, Google Ads, digital campaigns, and SEMWorking knowledge of ad serving and web analytics toolsStrong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills demonstrated through client and partner interactionsProficient literacy skills for writing reports and presentationsNumeracy skills applied to data analysis and negotiation contextsStrong analytical and organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns and data setsAbility to work with IT resources such as databases and spreadsheets for information collection and managementBachelor’s or Master’s degree in psychology, marketing, mass communication, or a relevant field
