This role goes beyond social media management and content creation—it focuses on thought leadership, executive branding, media engagement, and strategic content distribution.The ideal candidate combines exceptional storytelling skills with experience growing executive and company brands within technology, venture capital, innovation, or startup ecosystems.Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive Branding & Thought LeadershipDevelop and execute a comprehensive personal branding strategy for the Founder.Manage and optimize LinkedIn presence to increase visibility, engagement, and industry influence.Identify opportunities to position leadership as a thought leader through content, events, and strategic partnerships.Content Strategy & DistributionCreate and manage a content distribution strategy across relevant channels.Repurpose insights, events, presentations, and industry perspectives into engaging content formats.Support the expansion of digital content initiatives, including potential video and podcast channels.Public Relations & Media EngagementBuild and nurture relationships with journalists, media outlets, podcast hosts, and industry publications.Identify and secure speaking opportunities, interviews, guest articles, and media placements.Support external communications that strengthen brand awareness and credibility.Brand & Narrative DevelopmentShape and maintain a consistent brand narrative aligned with the firm's mission and investment thesis.Develop messaging frameworks that communicate complex ideas in a clear and compelling manner.Monitor industry trends and identify opportunities to increase visibility within the venture capital, startup, and innovation communities.Candidate ProfileWe are looking for a highly proactive professional who can operate independently while serving as a strategic advisor on communications, branding, and market positioning.Required QualificationsProven experience in social media strategy, executive branding, public relations, or communications.Demonstrated success growing personal or corporate brands through thought leadership initiatives.Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling abilities.Strong understanding of LinkedIn as a platform for professional influence and audience growth.Experience managing media relationships and securing earned media opportunities.Ability to translate complex business or technical concepts into engaging content.Preferred QualificationsExperience working with venture capital firms, technology companies, startups, founders, or senior executives.Familiarity with emerging technologies, innovation ecosystems, and investment trends.Experience supporting podcast, video, webinar, or event-based content strategies.Why Join?Work directly with a visionary Founder and investment leader.Help shape the public voice and industry influence of a growing venture capital firm.Flexible engagement with a limited weekly time commitment.Opportunity to contribute strategically while building a highly visible brand within the innovation ecosystem.
