Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business growth and sales targets. Manage digital marketing channels including social media, paid ads, email marketing, CRM, and marketplace campaigns. Lead and supervise marketing execution teams including content, KOL, affiliate, and community functions. Monitor marketing funnel performance and optimize customer acquisition, retention, and conversion strategies. Coordinate campaign calendars, promotional activities, and seasonal marketing initiatives. Analyze campaign data, customer insights, and market performance to improve marketing effectiveness. Collaborate with Sales and Business Development teams to align marketing initiatives with revenue goals. Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources. Maintain strong brand consistency across all communication channels.
Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field. Minimum 4 years of experience in Marketing, with at least 1 years in managerial level. Preferably from FMCG, baby & mother products, beauty, healthcare, or consumer startup industries. Strong understanding of digital marketing, performance marketing, and growth strategies. Experienced in handling marketing KPI, budgeting, and campaign analytics. Strong leadership and project management skills. Data-driven mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities. Familiar with social commerce ecosystem, affiliate marketing, and marketplace platforms. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Can join immediately and willing to working from Office in our Head Office, Joglo, Jakarta Barat
