Consultant, Field MarketingThe Field Marketing Consultant is the lead direct marketing role for Singapore, owning the design, execution, and performance of Dell Technologies' local marketing program across the full customer and prospect lifecycle. With a strong emphasis on events — from large flagship experiences to intimate executive engagements — this role drives direct demand generation, brand presence, and sales pipeline contribution in the Singapore market.This role works in close partnership with Singapore sales leadership and senior stakeholders, acting as the primary marketing owner for the local direct business. It also manages relationships with local publishers and media partners, as well as agencies and external partners, to extend Dell Technologies' reach and impact.Joinus to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact as a Consultant Field Marketing on our Marketing Team in Singapore.You will:  Own and deliver Singapore's direct marketing events program — spanning flagship events to executive roundtables — that builds brand presence, drives customer engagement, and contributes directly to sales pipeline Build and manage local publisher and media partnerships that amplify Dell Technologies' reach and ensure the brand is present in the right conversations with the right Singapore audiences Serve as the trusted marketing partner to Singapore sales leadership, delivering a fully integrated direct marketing program that is tightly aligned to commercial priorities and measurable against revenue outcomes Manage agencies and external partners with discipline and clarity, ensuring high-quality execution, efficient spend, and strong accountability for delivery Own Singapore's marketing performance reporting, providing the Regional Marketing Director and sales leadership with clear, data-driven visibility of program health and business impact Take the first step towards your dream career Every Dell Technologies team member brings something unique to the table. Here’s what we are looking for with this role:Essential Requirements 7+ years of field marketing experience in the technology industry, with a strong emphasis on event planning and execution across varied formats and scales Proven ability to manage agencies, publishers, and external partners — from briefing through to delivery and performance review Demonstrated experience engaging and communicating with senior sales leaders and executive stakeholders as a peer marketing partner Strong commercial acumen and experience tracking marketing ROI, pipeline influence, and budget performance Experience working within a large, matrixed technology organisation, collaborating across regional and global teams to localise and execute marketing programs Desired Requirements Established relationships within Singapore's technology media and publisher landscape, with experience activating co-marketing and content partnerships Familiarity with Dell Technologies' global campaign frameworks, tools, and go-to-market programs — or equivalent experience with a major technology vendor's direct marketing ecosystem
