We are looking for an experienced Sales Leader with a strong background in GenAI and/or Cloud solutions to lead and grow our enterprise business across Singapore and Malaysia. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing high-performing sales teams, and building strategic relationships with key enterprise customers and partners. You will work cross-functionally with Product, Solutions Architecture, Marketing, Customer Success, and other business teams to accelerate market expansion and deliver sustainable business growth.Key responsibilities include:- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing enterprise sales team to consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets.- Define and execute the go-to-market and sales strategy for GenAI and Cloud solutions across Singapore and Malaysia.- Drive new business acquisition while expanding strategic relationships within existing enterprise accounts.- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with C-level stakeholders and key decision-makers across target industries.- Develop accurate sales forecasts, pipeline management, and business reviews to ensure predictable revenue growth.- Collaborate closely with Solutions Architects, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to deliver customer-centric solutions and maximize business outcomes.- Identify market intelligence and customer needs to influence product strategy and commercial priorities.- Drive strategic account planning, negotiation, and complex enterprise deal execution.- Establish a high-performance, customer-centric sales culture focused on execution excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.- Represent the company at industry events, executive meetings, and strategic customer engagements to strengthen market presence and brand awareness.QualificationsMinimum Qualifications- Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Finance, or a related field.- Professional proficiency in both English and Mandarin, with the ability to communicate effectively in a business environment, as the role requires close collaboration and frequent communication with stakeholders and customers in Mandarin-speaking markets.- At least 5 years of proven experience in Sales and Business Development for AI/LLM or Cloud products across the Malaysia and Singapore markets, including at least 2 years of people management experience.- Strong ability to influence stakeholders through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building.- Strong understanding of enterprise customers, their business needs, and the challenges they face.Preferred Qualifications- Deep understanding of the key value drivers in recurring revenue business models.- Strong analytical, strategic, and process-oriented mindset.- Experience with SaaS and/or PaaS technologies.
