Team Overview The Coupang Retail Systems team is looking for a Product Manager to drive Selection Identification and Growth. We want to be the one stop stop for all customer shopping needs offering popular selection in the market, both locally and globally, at the right time, for a convenient and delightful shopping experience. Key Responsibilities

Build and execute a selection identification strategy that combines competitor benchmarking, customer signals (internal and external), and market intelligence to help prioritize selection expansion to maximize business growth and customer experience. Partner with Retail business team to identify current selection gaps and streamline the process of identification and sourcing with speed. Partner with AI/ML engineers to build scalable solutions for selection expansion with high speed and accuracy. Build the product vision and roadmap for a best-in-class selection intelligence solution that brings together cross functional teams to execute on selection expansion end-to-end, and provides comprehensive views on focus areas and progress to stakeholders. Own the performance metrics and OKRs for selection identification and expansion domains, managing trade-offs and establishing decision making frameworks.

Basic Qualification

10+ years of experience in product management, with proven results in developing and executing on a strong product vision Analytical thinker who works well in a fast-paced, data-driven and highly ambiguous entrepreneurial culture Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects Bias for action and willingness to get your hands dirty to get the job done Sound business judgment and proven ability to effectively communicate and influence others Superior verbal and written communications skills Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualification

Experience in product management or consulting is a plus Previous e-commerce experience or experience in selection identification and/or sourcing domains Experience working in international environments and globally distributed teams Fluency in English and Korean preferred, but not required. AI/ML experience with hands-on programming skills such as Python or SQL
