Talent Acquisition Specialist - (6-Month Contract)

Responsibilities

End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for specialized contract and permanent positions across regional and global teams. Proactive Sourcing: Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, Web3 networks, tech communities, and direct headhunting to build strong candidate pipelines for niche skill sets. Stakeholder Management: Act as a trusted recruiting partner to hiring managers and business leads, providing market insights, talent mapping, and interview guidance. Candidate Experience: Deliver a high-touch, engaging experience for all candidates from initial outreach through offer negotiation. Process Excellence: Maintain recruitment data accuracy in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and assist with ad-hoc talent acquisition projects as needed.

Requirements

Experience: 3+ years of agency or in-house recruiting experience, ideally within tech, gaming, Web3, fintech, or high-growth environments. Sourcing Skills: Proven track record of sourcing passive candidates for technical and non-technical roles. Adaptability: Thrives in an agile, fast-moving environment with changing priorities. Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills; additional language skills (e.g., Cantonese or Mandarin) are a plus. Web3 Interest: Genuine curiosity or passion for Web3, NFTs, gaming, and decentralized technology.
