Yellow Ribbon Industries Pte Ltd is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Yellow Ribbon Singapore that provides laundry and linen management services, food and business solutions, and transitional residential programme.About the roleSupport the Deputy General Manager (Kitchen) in overseeing the planning, coordination and performance of YRI Kitchen operations, ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality and cost-effective food services that meet operational and contractual requirements. Drive operational excellence by coordinating business performance, production planning, supply chain, quality assurance, food safety, compliance and continuous improvement initiatives across all institutional kitchen operations. Build and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders, key suppliers and internal departments, to ensure seamless operations and service delivery.Key responsibilitiesSupport the Deputy/Assistant General Manager in performance reviews, budget monitoring and management reportingDevelop and monitor performance dashboards and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor operational and business performanceAnalyse operational data, such as production output and wastages, manpower utilisation, meal shortages, hygiene and workplace safety indicators, and service feedbackProvide recommendations for improvement in operational performance, cost efficiency and customer satisfactionConduct root cause analysis on operational issues and recommend corrective and preventive actionsWork closely with Operations to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and food safety standards, e.g. SFA policies, HACCP, ISO standardsDevelop and implement quality assurance initiatives, audit plans, compliance reviews and inspection schedules across Kitchen operationsMonitor and track corrective and preventive actions arising from audits, inspections, and non-conformance findingsLead and/or participate in strategic and transformation initiatives to enhance systems, processes, and business performanceLead, coach and develop the Kitchen Planning & Insights team to achieve departmental objectivesAbout youDegree in any discipline with supervisory or team management experienceRelevant management and planning experience in F&B industryMinimally 3 years' experience in customer service, operations coordination, account managementProven experience in operations or service delivery management, preferably in healthcare or hospitality.Proficient in Microsoft Office with hands-on experience in data reporting, KPI tracking and other reporting toolsStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with clients and stakeholdersA proactive problem-solver with a strong sense of ownership and follow-throughAble to multitask effectively, and manage time-sensitive clients, and work under pressureExperienced managing clients for a minimum of one yearTeam player who possesses leadership and supervisory skills in managing rank and file employees of minimum one year
