Manager, Fulfilment (Warehouse)

We are looking for a hands-on and results-driven Manager, Fulfilment (Warehouse) to lead our end-to-end warehousing and fulfilment operations. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence across warehouse processes, driving productivity, maintaining service quality, and leading a high-performing team. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to optimize warehouse operations, improve processes, and deliver an exceptional fulfilment experience for both B2B and B2C customers.
Responsibility : Manage end-to-end warehousing and fulfilment operations, ensuring that the warehouse runs smoothly and at peak efficiency by supervising, organizing, directing, and training team of warehouse associates and establishing, monitoring, and managing operational goals.
Ensure all B2B and B2C orders are fulfilled (picked, packed and dispatched) accurately within the agreed SLA.
Review and prepare workflow, manpower and space requirements, equipment layout, and action plans while ensuring productivity, quality and customer service standards are met.
Participate in warehousing design, establish and implement warehouse management procedures, quality control processes and various indicator systems, be responsible for the KPI of warehouse operations.
Implement and improve the warehouse's rules and regulations, standardize operating standards and processes, allocate human resources reasonably, and monitor each job on the warehouse site; improve work efficiency, plan budgets, and reduce costs.
Use a system software to keep records, edit, and manage the inventory flow in the fulfillment center.
Manage arrangements with internal and external delivery partners to ensure that orders are dispatched on time and accurately to customers.
Optimize warehouse operations via continuous improvement and implement cost saving measures.
Work with internal stakeholders including product team, regional operations, project, business development teams to ensure that system and process gaps are flagged, and that process changes are implemented effectively in the warehouse.
Develop and execute on project-based, ad-hoc solutions arising from client requests (e.g. campaign sales picking).
Communicate policies to Associates and act as the primary information source for the team, maintain compliance, consistency, and taking corrective action when needed.
Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations.
Requirement : Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
3–5 years of operations management experience, preferably within the logistics, warehousing, or supply chain industry.
Hands-on experience in warehouse operations and fulfilment, with exposure to third-party logistics (3PL), parcel delivery, or fulfilment service providers.
Good understanding of B2B and B2C warehousing and fulfilment operations.
Strong business acumen with an understanding of operational objectives, market dynamics, and commercial considerations.
Proven ability to manage resources effectively and optimize operational performance.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
Prior people management experience is preferred, although extensive leadership experience is not required.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, able to adapt quickly to new information, and capable of navigating ambiguity.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven with strong problem-solving skills.
Willing to be hands-on in warehouse operations and actively support on-ground activities when required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms).
Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and key WMS functionalities is an advantage.
Strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
