The Opportunity You’ll play a strategic and hands-on role in ensuring our Customer Experience Group remains fully staffed with exceptional talent, and contribute to Agoda’s success by developing and implementing staffing strategies to identify high-quality, diverse candidates. You'll drive hiring performance, elevate operational excellence, and shape recruitment strategy through data, experimentation, and collaboration. We’re looking for someone with strong stakeholder management, a sharp eye for talent, and a bias for action—someone who thrives in a high-growth, fast-paced environment and is energized by the challenge of building and scaling world-class teams. In this Role, you'll get to:
Partner with hiring managers to understand their business objectives and hiring needs. Develop the recruitment strategy and ways to build a talent pipeline accordingly. Own the full-cycle recruitment process ensuring a seamless, uniform, and positive candidate experience. Build your network with high-potential talents to ensure that the business has access to the best talent in the market, working comfortably on a global level. Engage in creative talent, mapping efforts for the purposes of building our candidate pipeline as well as to provide market intelligence to the business. Work on recruitment projects and training to improve the standard for hiring within the organization.
What you'll Need to Succeed:
8-10+ years of recruiting experience in end-to-end recruitment across multiple regions/countries Demonstrated experience recruiting for senior-level or executive-level roles, ideally within in-house corporate functions for technology companies or platform businesses Ability to influence and partner with senior leadership across the company using a data driven approach. Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and target candidate profiles, while providing guidance on market expectations, job leveling, and competitive compensation packages to secure top talent Experience closing candidates at senior level and negotiating complex compensation packages. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to influence and “sell” opportunities, build trust with senior candidates, and guide them through jurisdictional changes and international relocation decisions Ability to be proactive, identify areas of improvement, and drive process improvement initiatives. Strong computer skills and ability to work with different tools such as LinkedIn, Job Boards, Greenhouse, MS Office Suite, Power Point and Excel
