Havas Media Singapore is looking for an Associate Director, Data & Analytics.About the roleCSA is the global technology, data and analytics consultancy within Havas Media Network. We are growing the in-market CSA capability in Southeast Asia, and this role will help translate that global expertise into practical, locally relevant delivery.Reporting to the Head of CSA, SEA, you will deliver our data and technology work across the region, spanning business intelligence, data pipelines, reporting automation, CRM, MarTech and advanced analytics.The role moves between the client problem and the technical solution: clarifying a client’s measurement needs, scoping a new piece of work, cutting code, or getting into platform implementation to make sure the solution actually works. You will work closely with Client Leadership, Media and Commerce teams. As the capability grows, you will also help establish delivery standards, ways of working and the team needed to scale.What you’ll doDeliver data and technology consulting: Advise clients on data strategy, measurement frameworks, reporting architecture, CRM, MarTech, marketing effectiveness and broader data technology roadmaps, identifying where the gaps are and what needs to change to make their data more useful and reliable.Scope practical solutions: Translate business problems into clear data and technology solutions, scoping, designing and pricing technical proposals with a view of what is commercially sensible and deliverable.Deliver hands-on technical work: Design, build and maintain data pipelines and transformations in SQL, primarily across BigQuery and Azure. You’re comfortable cutting code, getting into platform configuration and troubleshooting until the solution works in practice.Design BI and reporting: Develop reporting models and Power BI solutions that help clients and internal teams make better decisions from their data.Support MarTech and activation: Contribute to MarTech and CRM implementation, audience strategy, personalisation and activation, from solution design and platform support through to ongoing optimisation.Bridge business and technical teams: Translate between commercial, client and technical stakeholders, clear enough for non-technical audiences and detailed enough that analysts and platform specialists trust the direction.Contribute to repeatable ways of working: Turn strong delivery into repeatable processes, including templates, documentation and quality standards, while supporting junior team members as the capability grows.What you bring8+ years in data, BI or analytics: Strong client-facing delivery experience; agency, consultancy or multi-client background a strong advantage.Media and marketing analytics: You understand how data applies in a marketing and media context, including campaign measurement, audience strategy, CRM, MarTech, attribution, marketing effectiveness or broader customer analytics.Hands-on technical skills: Highly comfortable with SQL and Python, building pipelines and transformations that move raw data into something structured, reliable and usable.BI and cloud platforms: Strong Power BI experience, with working knowledge of BigQuery and Azure, and a feel for data structure, refresh logic and usability.Consulting and communication: You explain technical work in plain English without oversimplifying it, and can lead client conversations, write proposals and present to senior stakeholders.Comfort with ambiguity: You’ve delivered across multiple clients or markets, manage competing priorities without being spoon-fed, and create structure where it doesn’t yet exist.Nice to have:Experience hiring, onboarding or mentoring junior talentCustomer data platform (CDP) or broader customer data experienceExposure to data science or advanced analytics projects, including attribution, MMM, incrementality or audience modellingWhy join us?Shape a growing regional capability: CSA is already established globally, and we are now growing the in-market capability in Southeast Asia.
