B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science or related field

5–8+ years of backend development experience

Proven ownership of scalable, production-grade systems

Experience leading technical initiatives and mentoring engineers

🛠 Core Technical Skills & Competencies

Strong proficiency in backend technologies (Node.js/TypeScript, Java, Go, or Python)

Expertise in designing scalable REST/GraphQL APIs

Strong system design knowledge (distributed systems, scalability, fault tolerance)

Advanced experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (Redis, MongoDB, DynamoDB)

Performance tuning, caching strategies, and large-scale data handling

Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD

Experience with event-driven architecture and background job processing

Strong understanding of security best practices (OAuth, JWT, RBAC)

🤖 AI Engineering (Good to Have / Preferred)

Experience integrating LLM APIs (OpenAI, Vertex AI, Anthropic) into backend services

Basic understanding of embeddings and vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS)

Familiarity with RAG-based architectures

Experience building AI-powered APIs with streaming responses

Awareness of AI cost control, rate limiting, and monitoring

Exposure to AI orchestration frameworks (LangChain or similar)

Understanding of AI evaluation and prompt optimization fundamentals

📊 Observability & Reliability

Hands-on with Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, ELK stack, OpenTelemetry, CloudWatch

Experience defining and monitoring SLAs/SLOs

Strong incident management and production debugging skills
