About the team Meesho AI Services (MAS) is a new-age AI Services business built to deliver outcomes, not software, for enterprise and mid-market clients. We are in a 0-1 build phase, shaping our go-to-market motion, pricing models, and sales organization from the ground up. The GTM Engineer will be a foundational hire supporting this effort, working closely with the Sales & GTM Leader to build out the top-of-funnel engine. About the role The GTM Engineer will own the technical and execution layer of the sales funnel, from automated lead generation to client-facing demo calls. This role requires someone who can build systems and also get on calls to explain MAS clearly to prospective clients. You will work in an environment without an existing playbook, and will help build one.
What you will do: Demand Generation & Pipeline Building
Design, build, and manage automated lead generation systems to create a consistent, qualified pipeline.
Execute outbound motions including cold calling, cold emailing, and account-based prospecting.
Map client org structures to identify decision-makers, influencers, and blockers within target accounts.
Partner with the GTM Leader on MQL to SQL conversion strategy and ICP refinement.
Client Conversations & Demos
Conduct discovery calls with prospective clients to understand their business problems and buying journey.
Lead product demonstration calls, clearly explaining MAS and its value proposition to prospective clients.
Continuously improve demos, what is shown, how it is shown, and why it works, based on call feedback.
Surface product and service gaps identified through customer conversations to the GTM Leader.
Systems & Reporting
Build and optimize automation workflows and tools to improve lead quality and reduce manual effort.
Track and report on funnel metrics, including lead volume, conversion rates, and call outcomes.
Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions in the CRM.
Operate without a fixed playbook, and help build structured, repeatable sales motions as the function scales.
What will you need: 2-3 years of relevant experience in GTM, business development, sales engineering, growth, or a related function.
Hands-on experience with automation tools and/or scripting (e.g., Python, Zapier, n8n, Clay, or similar platforms).
Strong comfort with cold outreach, calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain a technical or AI-led product to a non-technical audience.
Demonstrated experience in client-facing roles, including conducting calls or presentations.
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous, early-stage environment without an established playbook.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and act on performance metrics.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience selling or demonstrating a technical or AI-based product.
Experience building lead generation systems or sales automation workflows from the ground up.
Exposure to consultative or solution selling rather than purely transactional sales.
Prior experience in a high-growth or 0-1 environment.
