About LinkEdgeLinkEdge International Pte Ltd is a Singapore-based distributor of leading FMCG and consumer brands across modern trade, convenience, pharmacy, foodservice and ecommerce channels. As we build out our in-house ecommerce capability, we are growing our digital team to own and scale our presence across Shopee, Lazada ,Shopify and TikTok Shop.Role SummaryThe Ecommerce Graphic Designer owns the visual layer of our online business — from marketplace storefronts and product listings to campaign creative and short-form motion. You will ensure every touchpoint across Shopee, Lazada Shopify, TikTok Shop and our social channels is visually compelling, brand-consistent, conversion- optimised and ready for the market place mega-campaign calendar.Key Responsibilities1. Ecommerce Store Management& Design•       Design and maintain storefront visuals for Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, TikTok Shop and other ecommerce platforms.•       Create and update product listing images ,infographics, A+ content, banners, landing pages and promotional creatives.•       Ensure all marketplace stores are visually appealing, brand consistent and optimised for conversion.•       Design campaign assets for platform mega-campaigns such as 3.3, 6.6, 9.9, 11.11 and 12.12 sales events.•       Update store decorations, homepage banners, vouchers and promotional materials in line with the marketing calendar.2. Graphic Design & Content Creation•       Develop creative assets for digital marketing channels, including social media, EDMs, website banners and advertisements.•       Create product lifestyle images, comparison charts, product feature highlights and promotional graphics.•       Edit and retouch product photography to meet brand and marketplace requirements.•       Produce simple motion graphics, GIFs and short-form video content for ecommerce campaigns and social media.3. Brand & Marketing Support•       Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.•       Collaborate closely with the Ecommerce, Marketing, Brand and Sales teams to execute campaigns effectively.•       Translate marketing objectives into engaging visual content that drives traffic and sales.•       Stay updated with marketplace design trends, consumer preferences and competitor activity.4. Performance Optimisation•       Conduct A/B testing on creative assets to improve click-through and conversion rates.•       Analyse store performance and recommend visual improvements to enhance customer experience.•       Optimise product images and content based on marketplace best practices and platform requirements.Requirements& Qualifications•       Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia or a related field.•       2+ years of graphic design experience, preferably within ecommerce, retail or FMCG.•       Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite(Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); motion tools such as After Effects, Premiere Pro or CapCut are an advantage.•       Familiarity with ecommerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, TikTok Shop) and their creative specifications.•       Strong eye for layout, typography, color and brand consistency, with a portfolio of conversion-focused work.•       Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver to campaign deadlines in a fast-paced environment.•       Understanding of A/B testing and data-informed creative optimisation.Portfolio RequirementCandidates must submit a portfolio showcasing:•       E-commerce storefront designs.•       Product listing images and infographics.•       Campaign banners and promotional creatives.•       Social media and digital marketing assets.•       Video or motion graphic projects (if available).How to ApplyInterested candidates are invited to submit their resume and portfolio to Linkedge HR : [email protected] We thank all applicants; only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
