Account Management Associate - Nhân viên Quản lý Kinh doanh

What you’ll do: Be mainly responsible for Account Management (AM) Group KPI in revenue & maintain relationships with key accounts and customer visits according to set tiers of corporate customers to generate sales volumes & revenues through upselling, retention, and reactivation activities; Work closely and coordinating with internal stakeholders in handling service failure, billing issues, customer complaints, and other inquiries; Roll out periodic surveys on existing corporate customer cohorts from time to time to identify market insights; Collaborate with the marketing department on regular and seasonal campaigns and oversee the overall campaign timeline to ensure the integration plan is finished as committed to expected output quality; Others: Ad-hoc tasks/works assigned by Line Manager.

Chịu trách nhiệm chính về KPI của Nhóm Quản lý Kinh doanh (AM) liên quan đến doanh thu và các chỉ số hỗ trợ (Tỷ lệ giữ chân khách hàng; Doanh thu bán thêm/bán chéo; Tỷ lệ kích hoạt lại); Làm việc và phối hợp chặt chẽ với các bên liên quan nội bộ trong việc xử lý lỗi dịch vụ, các vấn đề về thanh toán, khiếu nại của khách hàng và các thắc mắc khác; Triển khai các cuộc khảo sát định kỳ đối với nhóm khách hàng doanh nghiệp hiện tại để thu thập những thông tin chi tiết về thị trường; Phối hợp với bộ phận Marketing thực hiện các chiến dịch định kỳ và theo mùa, và giám sát tổng thể tiến độ chiến dịch để đảm bảo kế hoạch tích hợp được hoàn thành đúng với chất lượng đầu ra dự kiến; Báo cáo hàng tuần, hàng tháng cho Trưởng phòng; Khác: Thực hiện các công việc/dự án đặc biệt theo yêu cầu của Quản lý trực tiếp.

What you’ll need: Bachelor/ College's degree, preferably in marketing or business related subjects; Min 2 years solid experience in working experience in sales, account management, & customer support; Good sense with product flow  & merchant solutions; high skill in campaign management; Able to work independently and work under pressure; Proficiency in written Vietnamese & English; Hands-on experience with MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
