We are seeking an Senior Operations Associate who will not back down in the face of challenge, who is ready to try new things and is ready to make history together with the rest of the team at Lalamove. What you'll do: Act as the primary strategic bridge between global Functional Departments and local Driver Operations to drive alignment and execute cross-functional initiatives. Own and refine key operational pillars such as driver acquisition (e.g. referral programs), driver onboarding funnel, fleet and scale local successes into global standards and standard operating procedures. Build standard operating procedures (SOPs) and continuously optimize operational processes to drive global efficiency. Conduct deep quantitative and qualitative analysis to diagnose local operational bottlenecks, design actionable solutions, and champion them from planning to execution. Identify performance gaps between global procedures and ground-level execution, proactively partnering with local markets to implement corrective strategies. Document, standardize, and institutionalize data-backed best practices to ensure seamless cross-regional knowledge sharing. Lead complex, multi-market operational projects, managing diverse stakeholders to deliver measurable improvements in driver efficiency and compliance.
What you'll need:: Degree holder in any disciplines At least 5 years experience in a fast-moving environment. Experience with e-commerce or delivery platforms will be a plus Ability to communicate effectively across different regions Ability to champion new processes from plan to close Analytical and data-driven, proven success in project management. Knowledge on Excel spreadsheets is highly preferred Curious about facts, able to empathize with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds, and willing to dig deep and understanding underlying root causes Positive, passionate, proactive, self-initiative and attentive to details Proficiency in written and spoken English
