Merchant Acquisition Executive

About the RoleWe're expanding our merchant network across Singapore, and we're looking for a driven, resilient Merchant Acquisition Executive to lead the charge on the ground. This is a field-first, target-driven sales role — you'll spend your days meeting business owners face-to-face, pitching cold, and converting conversations into signed, active merchant partners. If you like being out and about, love the thrill of closing a deal, and want a role where your earnings are directly in your hands, this is for you.What You'll Do•   Proactively identify and approach prospective merchants (F&B, retail, and service businesses) across assigned territories in Singapore.•   Conduct daily in-field, door-to-door visits — this is a hands-on, on-the-ground role, not a desk job.•   Convert cold leads into closed, signed merchant partnerships through confident, consultative pitching.•   Own and hit a monthly target of 50 merchants signed and activated.•   Guide merchants through onboarding to ensure smooth activation, not just a signature.•   Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of visits, leads, and pipeline in the CRM.•   Build genuine relationships with merchants to support long-term retention, not just first sign-up.
