Summary Benefits:AWS + Variable Bonus5-Day Work WeekMedical BenefitsCareer Growth OpportunitiesMNCResponsibilities:Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across social media, search engines, and e-commerce platforms.Manage social media content, community engagement, and brand presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu (XHS), and LinkedIn.Develop engaging marketing content including short videos, livestreams, promotional materials, and campaign creatives.Drive online sales growth through effective e-commerce platform management (e.g. Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, TikTok Shop).Monitor campaign performance, website traffic, sales, and customer engagement using marketing analytics and recommend optimization strategies.Coordinate marketing campaigns, product launches, promotions, and events with internal departments, agencies, and external partners.Build and maintain strong relationships with platform partners, media agencies, and vendors to maximize campaign effectiveness.Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer trend monitoring to identify new business opportunities.Prepare regular marketing performance reports and provide recommendations to improve ROI and campaign effectiveness.Support branding initiatives and ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital channels.Requirements:Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, E-commerce, or a related discipline.Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, E-commerce, Social Media Marketing, or Brand Marketing.Hands-on experience managing digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, or similar platforms.Good understanding of social media marketing, performance marketing, and e-commerce operations.Experience in content creation, livestreaming, or basic video editing (e.g. CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop) will be an advantage.Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance and optimize marketing strategies.Good communication, project coordination, and stakeholder management skills.Self-motivated, creative, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.To Apply, kindly click on the "APPLY NOW" buttonWe regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.Staffking Pte Ltd (20C0358) | Jasmine Wong (R22107578)
