That's where you come in. As Publishing Operations Manager, Teamfight Tactics (Contract), you will be responsible for ensuring that our marketing and publishing efforts run smoothly, efficiently, and at a high standard across the region. You will sit at the centre of campaign execution, working across regional and global teams to bring major initiatives, including Set launches and integrated campaigns, from planning through to delivery. You will design and run the processes that enable teams to scale, while also stepping in to directly manage critical projects and operational needs. This role requires a strong operator who can bring structure to complexity, connect teams, and ensure that great ideas translate into high-quality player experiences. Responsibilities: Campaign & Project Management

Manage the end-to-end delivery of key marketing initiatives, including Set launches and regional campaigns, from kick-off through to go-live Coordinate cross-functional teams (marketing, community, content, product, and markets) to ensure alignment on timelines, deliverables, and priorities Partner with Brand, Community and Esports leads to operationalise marketing activities, including influencer and content integration

Operations, Process & Systems

Maintain and evolve project tracking tools, including campaign trackers, influencer management tools, and content management systems. Identify and introduce tools (including AI workflows) to improve team productivity

Vendor, Partner & Financial Management

Manage relationships with regional agencies and external partners, ensuring smooth collaboration and delivery Oversee contract processes in partnership with legal teams, including negotiation, onboarding, and compliance Own operational finance processes, including invoice management, budget tracking, and internal systems.

Influencer & Content Operations Support

Support the execution of influencer and co-streamer activations, including logistics such as travel, access, payments, and event coordination Coordinate content operations across regional and central teams, ensuring timelines, assets, and deliverables are aligned Facilitate vendor and agency communication for content production and platform operations Manage access and onboarding processes for partners and contributors across Riot systems

Cross-Team Coordination & Market Support

Support market-level initiatives and transitions, helping teams adopt new processes and responsibilities Contribute to broader product and publishing discussions by bringing an operational perspective on feasibility and execution

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in marketing operations, project/programme management, or related roles in gaming, entertainment, or creative industries Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders simultaneously Experience working with external partners, agencies, or vendors Familiarity with budgeting, invoicing, and operational finance processes Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across diverse teams Ability to bring structure to ambiguity and improve ways of working Passion for games and player experiences

Desired Qualifications:

Experience working across multiple markets in APAC Familiarity with influencer marketing, content production, or community initiatives Experience designing or scaling operational processes in growing teams Comfort working with tools and systems (e.g. project management, CMS.) Interest in leveraging AI or automation to improve workflows Active player of Teamfight Tactics
