Our mission is to deliver secure, seamless, andefficient digital payment experiences across Asia through deep ecosystemcollaboration.Through integrationswith leading regional payment networks and digital wallet ecosystems, Liquidenables seamless cross-border QR payments across multiple markets, supportingboth inbound and outbound transactions.Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly strategic and commercially driven VP / Director, Growth & Activation to lead ecosystem growth, activation, transaction adoption, and partner participationacross Liquid’s Singapore market ecosystem and cross-border QR payment network.This role will serve as the overall accountable lead across:·       Network Growth &Activation ·       Merchant Acquiring(Direct) ·       Growth Marketing &Enablement within the ACT(Activation, Conversion & Transactions) function.The successful candidate will oversee ecosystem participation growth across issuers, acquirers, merchants, and payment partners, while driving measurable transaction adoption, corridor expansion, and ecosystem activation outcomes across the SGQR+/RoamQR framework.Key Responsibilities:1. Ecosystem Growth& Network Expansion·      Define and lead ecosystem growth strategies across issuer, acquirer, merchant, and payment partner participation. ·      Drive corridor expansion initiatives across domestic and cross-border paymentecosystems. ·      Develop strategic frameworks to strengthen: -       ecosystem participation, -       transactionadoption, -       merchant acceptance, -       and network utilization. ·      Build and manage strategic relationships with: -       issuers,-       acquirers,-       banks,-       wallets,-       payment networks, -       and ecosystem partners. ·      Identify new growth opportunities across payment corridors, merchant ecosystems, and regional partnerships. 2. Issuer, Acquirer& Merchant Ecosystem Leadership·      Oversee growth and activation initiatives across issuer and acquiring ecosystems withinSingapore. ·      Drive merchant participation growth across both direct merchant acquiring and partner acquirer channels ·      Ensure ecosystem stakeholders are effectively activated to drive transaction growth and corridor utilization. ·      Work closely with regional and overseas partners to align growth priorities andmarket activation initiatives. ·      Support strategic expansion and participation growth of new payment partners and corridors. 3. Transaction Growth& Ecosystem Activation·      Own and drive transaction growth outcomes across the payment ecosystem. ·      Lead activation strategies focused on: -       transactionadoption, -       active usage growth, -       repeat transaction behavior, -       corridor utilization, -       and merchant participation. ·      Drive ecosystem-wide initiatives to increase transaction participation across domestic and cross-border payment flows. ·      Work closely with Growth Marketing & Enablement teams to execute ecosystem campaigns, partner activations, and merchant visibility initiatives. ·       Monitor ecosystem performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and underperforming segments. 4. Growth Marketing& Campaign Leadership·      Define ecosystem campaign priorities aligned to transaction growth and activation objectives. ·      Oversee partner activation programs, ecosystem campaigns, merchant visibility initiatives, and usage growth activities. ·      Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to support: -       partner campaigns, -       ecosystem marketing, -       POSM/decal initiatives, -       merchant activation programs, -       and market awareness efforts. ·      Ensure all activation initiatives are commercially aligned and measurable against ecosystem growth KPIs. 5. Cross-FunctionalLeadership & Ecosystem Alignment·      Actas the central growth leader coordinating priorities across: -       ProductStrategy & Solutions, -       MerchantAcquiring, -       GrowthMarketing & Enablement, -       EcosystemEnablement, -       Operations& Support, -       Technology& Network Operations. ·      Ensure strong alignment between: -       commercial priorities, -       ecosystem participation, -       product capabilities, -       growth initiatives, -       activation objectives. ·      Drive execution alignment across internal and external stakeholder groups to support scalable ecosystem growth.What We’re Looking for:·      12+years of experience in payments, fintech, banking, digital wallets, or financial services.·      Strong experience leading:-       ecosystem growth-       payment partnerships-       transaction activation-       merchant ecosystem expansion-       cross-border payment initiatives·      Strong understanding of:-       QR payment ecosystems-       acquiring and issuer models-       digital wallets-       payment networks-       merchant acceptance ecosystems-       transaction growth drivers·      Proven ability to drive measurable:-       transaction growth, -       ecosystem participation, -       merchant activation, -       partner adoption outcomes.·      Strong commercial acumen with strategic growth leadership capabilities.·      Experience managing cross-functional ecosystem initiatives across: -       commercial,-       marketing,-       product,-       operations,-       and regional partner stakeholders. ·      Strong stakeholder management and regional collaboration capabilities. ·      Data-driven with strong analytical, reporting, and performance management skills. ·      Experience engaging with: -       banks,-       acquirers,-       payment networks, -       national payment schemes, -       digital wallets, -       regional ecosystem partners is highly preferred. ·      Experience in regional or cross-border payment ecosystems will be highly advantageous.
