Location: Mapletree Biz City (Labrador Park)Duration: 1 year contractWorking Hours: Mon - Fri, 830 - 530Salary: Up to $6000 + 1 month completion bonusJob Responsibilities:Support Deployment Principal to communicate, onboard, and support suppliers in execution of Product Traceability Compliance programs using Deployment principal approved messagingCreate and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI/Excel and TableauImplement and manage data ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processesCollaborate with platform vendors to ensure data accuracy and accessibilityIdentify data discrepancies, determine root causes, and drive alignment across internal teams, suppliers, and third-party platform vendors through clear and effective communication.Streamline data collection and validation processes to improve data accuracy, completeness, and collection efficiency.Support the Deployment Principal by delivering regular project reports based on reliable, validated data, with clear progress updates, risks, deployment gaps, and recommended actions.Monitor function email inbox, escalate to appropriate teams and respond directly per guidanceDevelop and maintain communication calendar and deployment timelineDevelop, deploy, and analyze supplier survey on program feedbackMeeting scheduling, notes, and recapsDocument and maintain program FAQs, responses and workflowJob Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in business Analytics, Computer Science, or related field2+ years of experience in data analysis and visualizationDemonstrated experience in ETL processes and dashboard maintenance and vendor managementAdvanced proficiency in Excel and Tableau / Power BI dashboard developmentExperience with Microsoft Power Automate for workflow automationExperience with API integrationWorking knowledge of SQL and database managementStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesDemonstrated ability to use Power BI and Tableau to develop dashboards that track project progress, key milestones, deployment gaps, and agreed targets.Ability to clearly pinpoint and communicate deployment gaps through data analysis, provide practical recommendations to the Deployment Principal, and execute agreed remediation plans in partnership with the key stakeholdersAlly (Kubota Ayako)CEI Reg.
