Copilot/AI Solutions Architect

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Copilot Studio / Power Platform Solutions Architect to design, develop, and implement intelligent automation solutions, AI-powered copilots, and enterprise business applications using the Microsoft ecosystem. The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse, Microsoft Graph API, and Azure AI technologies, with experience building enterprise-grade integrations and Generative AI solutions. The role requires a combination of low-code/no-code development, software engineering, API integration, and AI application development skills.________________________________________Key ResponsibilitiesMicrosoft Copilot Studio Development• Design, develop, extend, and maintain intelligent copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio.• Configure and optimize topics, entity extraction, actions, generative answers, and conversational flows.• Develop custom extensions using Power Automate, APIs, and custom connectors.• Integrate copilots with enterprise data sources including Dataverse, SharePoint, Microsoft Graph API, Azure Functions, and third-party platforms.• Implement governance, security, and monitoring best practices for enterprise copilots.Power Platform Engineering• Design and develop Power Automate Cloud and Desktop Flows for business process automation.• Develop Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps using Power Apps.• Design and implement Dataverse data models, tables, relationships, business rules, calculated columns, and security roles.• Apply Power Platform Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) practices using Azure DevOps and GitHub.• Manage solution packaging, environment variables, connection references, deployments, and release management.Enterprise Integrations & Connectors• Develop and maintain integrations using:o Microsoft Graph APIo REST APIso Azure Functionso Dataverseo SharePoint Onlineo Custom Connectorso Third-party platforms such as SAP, ServiceNow, Salesforce, and other enterprise systems• Implement secure authentication using OAuth2, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), and API security best practices.• Manage API throttling, monitoring, retry policies, and exception handling.Generative AI & Prompt Engineering• Design and optimize prompts, system instructions, and few-shot examples for LLM-powered copilots and agents.• Build AI-powered solutions using Azure AI Foundry and Azure OpenAI services.• Apply prompt engineering techniques and responsible AI guardrails.• Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using enterprise knowledge sources.• Implement grounding strategies leveraging Dataverse, SharePoint, Graph API, and other enterprise repositories.Microsoft Graph API Implementations• Develop Graph-powered automations and copilots for:o Microsoft 365 Users & Groupso Outlook Mail & Calendaro OneDrive & SharePoint Fileso Microsoft Teams & Channels• Build intelligent business workflows using Graph API integrations within Power Automate and Copilot Studio.________________________________________Required SkillsPrimary Skills• Strong hands-on experience with:o Microsoft Copilot Studioo Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop)o Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps)o Microsoft Dataverse• Experience integrating backend systems using:o Microsoft Graph APIo Azure Functionso Custom Connectorso Dataverseo REST APIso Third-party enterprise applicationsSecondary Skills• Experience building AI Agents and LLM-powered applications.• Hands-on experience with:o Azure AI Foundryo Project Hubso Prompt Flowso Model Evaluationso Azure OpenAI• Strong experience with Python and/or TypeScript for:o Agent orchestrationo Function callingo API integrations• Advanced understanding of:o Prompt Engineeringo System Promptso Few-shot Promptingo AI Safety Guardrails• Experience with Azure services such as:o Azure AI Searcho Azure OpenAIo Azure Functionso Azure Storageo Azure Key Vaulto Azure Event Grido Azure Service Bus• Knowledge of:o RAG Architectureo Chunking Strategieso Embeddingso Hybrid Searcho Semantic Searcho Re-ranking Techniques• Experience with:o CI/CD Pipelineso Infrastructure as Code (IaC)o Observability & Monitoringo Cost Optimization for AI workloads________________________________________Preferred Qualifications• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.• Microsoft certifications such as:o PL-400 Power Platform Developer Associateo PL-600 Power Platform Solution Architect Experto AI-102 Azure AI Engineer Associateo Microsoft Copilot Studio certifications• Experience delivering enterprise-scale automation and AI solutions.________________________________________Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate combines Power Platform expertise with modern Generative AI capabilities, demonstrating hands-on experience delivering enterprise copilots, intelligent automation solutions, Graph API integrations, and LLM-powered applications.
