Job DescriptionHenderson Security Services Pte Ltd is seeking a highly analytical and technology-driven Digital Transformation & Growth Operations Specialist to lead business intelligence, data analytics, process automation, and digital transformation initiatives.Thesuccessful candidate will be responsible for developing scalable analyticssolutions, optimising business processes, implementing automation frameworks, and delivering data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making across security operations, customer management, and business growth initiatives.This role requires strong expertise in data analytics, workflow automation, business intelligence, customer lifecycle optimisation, and digital transformation to improve operational efficiency, service delivery, customer experience, and commercial performance.ResponsibilitiesLead data-driven transformation initiatives to improve operational efficiency, business performance, and decision-making.Perform advanced data analysis across business operations, customer performance, workforce productivity, service delivery, and revenue performance.Design and develop Knime-based workflows to automate data preparation, transformation, reporting, and analytical processes.Integrate and analyse data from multiple sources including databases, cloud platforms, operational systems, spreadsheets, and enterprise applications.Develop analytical models, dashboards, automated reports, and business intelligence solutions for management and stakeholders.Apply statistical analysis, predictive analytics, AI/ML techniques, and emerging technologies such as Large Language Models (LLMs) to generate business insights.Ensure data quality, governance, accuracy, and consistency across analytics initiatives.Build, optimise, and maintain Knime workflows for operational and analytical automation.Develop scalable workflow solutions supporting reporting, business applications, and REST API-based data distribution.Leverage automation tools and AI capabilities to improve productivity and business processes.Create reusable workflow templates, documentation, and knowledge repositories to support organisational learning.Collaborate with IT teams on system integration, deployment, maintenance, and technology improvements.Identify opportunities for process automation and digital optimisation.Develop data-driven strategies to improve customer acquisition, retention, service quality, and revenue growth.Analyse customer behaviour, market trends, operational performance, and business opportunities.Establish business KPIs, performance dashboards, and reporting frameworks for management decision-making.Optimise customer lifecycle processes including onboarding, engagement, retention, and service improvement.Support business development initiatives through customer insights and operational analytics.Analyse customer service performance, contract trends, operational efficiency, and business profitability.Develop customer segmentation models and analytical frameworks to enhance engagement and service delivery.Monitor key performance indicators including customer retention, productivity, revenue performance, and service quality metrics.Provide actionable recommendations to improve business processes and customer satisfaction.Work closely with Operations, IT, Finance, Sales, HR, and Management teams to implement analytics-driven solutions.Translate business requirements into technical workflows, analytical models, and reporting solutions.Document business requirements, workflow logic, solution designs, and implementation processes.Communicate analytical findings and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Business Administration, or related disciplines.Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Digital Transformation, Business Intelligence, Growth Operations, or Technology Operations.Strong hands-on experience with Knime Analytics Platform, workflow automation, ETL processes, and analytical modelling.Proficiency in SQL, Python, data extraction, transformation, and analytical scripting.Experience with business intelligence and visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or equivalent platforms.Experience developing automated dashboards, reporting frameworks, and enterprise analytics solutions.Knowledge of AI/ML concepts, predictive analytics, automation technologies, and LLM-based solutions is advantageous.Experience with CRM systems, customer analytics, workflow automation, and digital transformation projects.Understanding of APIs, REST services, system integrations, and data governance practices.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across business and technical teams.Ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives in a fast-paced environment.Experience supporting digital transformation initiatives within security services, facilities management, technology, SaaS, or service-based industries.Experience implementing enterprise analytics platforms, automation solutions, or business intelligence frameworks.Familiarity with cloud data platforms, data warehouses, and enterprise reporting environments.Experience working with regional or international stakeholders.
