Connect the dots between ROI, CX, and the client's goalsTranslate the field back to the team: Your market intel shapes our roadmap. You're the voice of the customer — bring the signal in, not just the signaturesDrive deals across the finish line: Build compelling proposals with internal support, then steer deals through procurement, legal, and sign-off without losing momentumREQUIREMENTS4-7 years of proven track record of opening doors: You've hunted new business before — not just nurtured existing accountsHands-on experience in the physical tech space is a plus: Interactive kiosks, digital signage, AV, or physical installations — you understand how this stuff gets deployed in the real worldSharp communication under pressure: You can hold a room, adapt your pitch on the fly, and write a proposal that doesn't need three rounds of editingEnough technical fluency to be credible: You don't need to code, but you need to map a user journey, brief a tech team, and speak intelligently about how our solution integratesSelf-directed and fast-moving: You plan your own week, report proactively, and don't wait for perfect information before taking actionEntrepreneurial hunger: You see a market gap and want to go fill it
