Their AI solutions enhance efficiency, spark creativity, and drive insightful decision-making, empowering teams to produce innovative and impactful results.Job DescriptionOur client requires a Singapore-based GenAI Senior Digital Transformation Lead to lead their AI-driven transformation efforts across the APAC region. This is a key leadership role responsible for identifying, shaping, implementing, and scaling AI-driven solutions across client accounts and internal agency operations.Awareness and adoption of Generative AI has accelerated dramatically over the last 12 to 18 months, moving from experimentation to enterprise deployment. What began as prompt-based content generation has now evolved into a broader ecosystem of multimodal models, AI-assisted production workflows, copilots, and increasingly agentic systems capable of planning, reasoning, orchestrating tasks, and working across integrated toolchains.This role is not only about introducing tools. It is about building sustainable capability: defining use cases, building and scaling solutions, embedding new ways of working, driving adoption, managing risk, and ensuring AI is deployed responsibly and effectively in a way that improves both outcomes and operating models.ResponsibilitiesWork closely with creative, strategy, technology, operations, data, legal, and client stakeholders to identify where Generative AI, automation, and agentic workflows can create meaningful business valueDefine use cases, build and scale AI-driven solutions, and embed new ways of working across client accounts and internal operationsDeploy AI-driven solutions including multimodal models, AI-assisted production workflows, copilots, and agentic systems capable of planning, reasoning, and orchestrating tasksLead large-scale enterprise digital transformation programs and the related change management required to embed AI into content, operations, strategy, workflow automation, and marketing effectivenessEnsure AI is deployed responsibly with strong understanding of compliance, legal and intellectual property implications, privacy, security, accuracy, bias, and human oversightShape AI-related commercial models, managed services, and transformation programs for clientsInfluence change and make tangible improvements across teams, workflows, and business outcomesEvaluate model and tool fit across different use cases including text, image, video, audio, and research and insight generationPresent complex ideas in simple business terms to all levels of management, including senior leadersTravel frequently across APAC region (approximately 15 days per month) to client and agency officesRequirementsSenior-level experience as an AI, Innovation, or Digital Transformation leader in an agency, consulting, or in-house environmentProven track record leading the adoption of Generative AI tools, workflow change, and capability building across multiple teamsHands-on experience embedding AI into content, production, operations, or marketing workflows while balancing governance, practicality, and adoptionExperience deploying Generative AI solutions in marketing, advertising, content supply chain, creative operations, customer experience, or digital production environmentsFamiliarity with agentic workflow design, orchestration platforms, AI automation tools, prompt chaining, retrieval-based systems, or human-in-the-loop workflow designExperience with enterprise rollout of AI pilots, creative AI tools, or AI-enabled workflow platformsUnderstanding of how to evaluate model and tool fit across different use cases including text, image, video, audio, and research and insight generationExperience shaping AI-related commercial models, managed services, or transformation programs for clientsPractical understanding of the current Generative AI landscape including Large Language Models, multimodal models, copilots, workflow automation, and the emerging role of agentic systemsExperience working cross-functionally with creative, strategy, operations, analytics, product, legal, and technology stakeholdersStrong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas in simple business termsComfortable operating in ambiguity and moving between strategic thinking and hands-on deliveryPassion for and curiosity about AI, emerging technologies, and their application in creative, marketing, and operational environmentsPreferred QualificationsSignificant experience leading large-scale enterprise digital transformation programs and change managementStrong understanding of responsible AI considerations including compliance, legal and intellectual property implications, privacy, security, accuracy, bias, and human oversightExperience in Creative Technology, Marketing Technology, or Automation leadership rolesBenefitsOpportunity to work with a global platform partnering with 300+ clients across 40+ countriesLead AI-driven transformation at enterprise scale across multiple client accounts and internal operationsWork at the forefront of cutting-edge AI technology in marketing and creative deliveryShape commercial models, define use cases, and influence how AI transforms creative and marketing workflows across APACRemote work arrangement with frequent travel across APAC regionWork with a values-driven organization that is ambitious, imaginative, inspirational, results-focused, and actively pro-inclusive and anti-racistOpportunity to move beyond experimentation and deploy Generative AI at enterprise scale
