Project Manager – AI Product & Client Delivery

About the RoleLX Global is looking for a sharp, hands-on Project Manager to drive the delivery of our products and client engagements. You will be the connective tissue between our engineering team, clients, and regional partners, keeping projects on scope, on time, and aligned to business goals. This is a high-autonomy role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, early-stage environment, communicates fluently across cultures, and takes genuine ownership of outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, scope, and run end-to-end delivery of product and client projects, defining milestones, timelines, and success criteria, and keeping everything on track.Coordinate cross-functional delivery across engineering, design, and business teams using Agile/Scrum practices and tools such as GitHub Projects and Monday.com.Manage client and partner relationships facilitating discovery, status updates, and sign-offs, and acting as the primary point of contact for China-market clients.Track progress, surface risks and blockers early, and drive timely resolution; maintain clear reporting and stakeholder visibility throughout.Coordinate cross-border initiatives across the China–Singapore corridor and wider SEA partner ecosystem.Manage scope and change requests pragmatically, balancing client needs, resources, and quality.Support sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, and help continuously improve delivery processes.Ensure delivery aligns with relevant governance and data-privacy standards (e.g. ISO 27001 / ISO 42001) where applicable.RequirementsProven project management experience, ideally in a technology, AI, or software product environment.Strong working knowledge of Agile/Scrum and project tools such as GitHub and Monday.com.Fluency in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written), with demonstrated experience managing or working with China-based clients or partners.Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organisational skills.Ability to work independently, juggle multiple projects, and own deliverables end-to-end with minimal supervision.A structured, detail-oriented approach combined with the flexibility to thrive in an early-stage, fast-changing setting.Familiarity with UI/UX or product development processes, and awareness of AI governance / data-privacy standards, is an advantage.A formal PM certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, or Certified ScrumMaster) is a plus but not essential.What We OfferA pivotal role shaping how an ambitious AI product reaches the Singapore, China and SEA markets.High autonomy, real ownership, and direct exposure to founders and strategy.
