Responsibilities: Drive the growth and competitiveness of the exchange's trading business through strategic initiatives and market development. Develop and execute liquidity strategies to enhance market quality, trading efficiency, and user experience. Monitor market trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging opportunities to support product and business expansion. Contribute to pricing, incentive, and commercial strategies across trading products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the launch, enhancement, and lifecycle management of trading products and services. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and institutional clients to support business objectives. Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and ensure timely communication of key operational and product updates. Analyze business performance and market data to identify opportunities for growth and operational improvements.
Requirements: Trading & TradFi expertise — strong grasp of trading mechanics and traditional finance market structure (many Futures-related projects intersect with TradFi) Tech fluency — comfortable working with tech teams on system upgrades and client-impact projects; able to read and understand API documentation Client-facing experience — confident managing day-to-day client communication and relationship management Fluency in English is required to be able to coordinate with vendors, brokers, market makers, and institutional partners
