In this role, you will play a pivotal part in scaling our go-to-market capabilities by empowering our ecosystem of system integrators (SIs), consulting firms, cloud providers, independent software vendors (ISVs), and value-added resellers (VARs). As a key member of the Partner Enablement team, you will execute comprehensive enablement programs (including demonstrations, sales & technical pitches, hackathons, and more) to ensure our partners have the skills, tools, and knowledge needed to drive success with Dataiku's Universal AI platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Data Science, AI/ML, and/or GenAI, with a passion for helping partners become experts in utilising the Dataiku platform. You will be responsible for delivering impactful enablement initiatives that ensure Dataiku remains at the forefront of the AI, ML, and GenAI markets. Scope of Role: The Partner Enablement Manager will play a critical role in driving the readiness and productivity of Dataiku’s partner ecosystem across APJ. This role combines field-facing enablement leadership with deep collaboration across Partner Sales, Customer, and Revenue teams to ensure partners are fully capable of selling, implementing, and supporting Dataiku independently. In the APJ theatre, the Partner Enablement Manager will support all partner types—including Global and Regional System Integrators, Resellers, Distributors, Tech Alliances, etc.—across sales, technical, and delivery enablement initiatives. The goal is to ensure partners can independently lead both pre-sales and post-sales cycles on behalf of Dataiku. This includes delivering targeted training programs, co-developing enablement plans aligned to regional priorities, and ensuring close collaboration with Dataiku’s Partner Sales and Field teams to accelerate partner-led revenue. Key Responsibilities: Become a Dataiku Expert: Deeply understand and master Dataiku's Universal AI platform to effectively educate, pitch, and demo the platform to new and existing partners. Provide deep technical expertise and support to a set of assigned partners in assigned regions. Enablement Program Execution: Execute tailored enablement programs, such as bootcamps, hackathons, webinars, and other learning initiatives, to equip partners with the knowledge and hands-on experience needed to sell, implement, and support Dataiku solutions & services. Partner Field Engagement: Collaborate with Partner Leaders and Technology Alliance Manager to coordinate and support field engagement initiatives such as Partner Days and Enablement Workshops. Ensure alignment with the sales and go-to-market teams to drive success in partner-led activities. Partner Support & Relationship Management: Provide ongoing sales & technical support to partners in the pre-sales and post-sales phases. Build strong relationships to foster partner loyalty and maximise their success with Dataiku. Custom Enablement Solutions: Work closely with partners to develop customised training and enablement solutions that address specific business needs and accelerate the adoption of Dataiku's platform within their organisations. Reporting and Metrics: Track and report on the effectiveness of enablement programs and partner performance, continuously refining strategies based on data-driven insights. Market Intelligence: Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive dynamics, and partner needs, adapting and evolving the enablement programs to meet the changing demands of the market. Provide internal teams with insights into partner capabilities, product needs, and market opportunities. Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in consulting, technology, or a highly technical role is preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus. Strong technical background or degree equivalent in Data Science, AI/ML, and/or GenAI, with practical experience in AI/ML development and deployment. Existing Dataiku certifications highly preferred. Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders across all levels internally and externally Experience and or skills using or integrating with key Dataiku ecosystem partners, including AWS, Azure, GCP, Snowflake, Databricks, or NVIDIA Ability to work collaboratively across teams (Global Partner Organisation, Sales, Product, and Marketing) and manage cross-functional initiatives. A proactive mindset with the ability to stay ahead of market trends and adapt programs to partner needs. Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and a commitment to continuous improvement. Ability to travel as needed to support partner engagements, events, and training sessions. Proficiency in Japanese and/or Korean is considered an advantage.
