Senior Python AI Engineer (Generative AI / Agentic AI)

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Senior Python AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade Generative AI solutions. The role involves building AI-powered applications using LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, LangChain, LangGraph, MCP, and cloud-native technologies.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop Python-based APIs and microservices using FastAPI/Flask.Build and maintain Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and Agentic AI solutions.Develop AI workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, MCP, and Tool Calling frameworks.Implement AI guardrails, security controls, and prompt injection prevention measures.Integrate AI applications with enterprise systems, databases, and APIs.Deploy and support AI applications on AWS/Azure using Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.Participate in solution design, development, testing, and production support.Required Skills5+ years of software engineering experience with strong Python development skills.Hands-on experience with FastAPI, REST APIs, microservices, and backend development.Experience building production GenAI applications using:RAGLangChainLangGraphAgentic AITool CallingExperience with Vector Databases (Pinecone, Qdrant, Chroma, FAISS, etc.).Understanding of AI security, guardrails, prompt injection prevention, and secure AI design.Experience with AWS or Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and CI/CD.Preferred SkillsMCP (Model Context Protocol)AI Evaluation Frameworks (LangSmith, LangFuse, DeepEval)Fine-tuning, LoRA, QLoRA, PyTorchBanking or Financial Services domain experiencePreferred Candidate ProfileWe are looking for candidates who are strong Python engineers, with proven experience building and deploying production-ready Generative AI solutions in enterprise environments.
