Quality Engineer (Automation & AI Quality Engineering)

Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and drive quality engineering standards and best practices.Promote Test-Driven Development (TDD), BDD, and shift-left testing.Design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks for unit, API, integration, UI, performance, and security testing.Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.Implement AI-assisted testing to improve quality and engineering productivity.Mentor engineers on automation, testing best practices, and quality engineering.Monitor quality metrics, support incident analysis, and drive continuous improvement.RequirementsStrong experience in Quality Engineering, Test Automation, or Software Engineering.Hands-on experience with Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, Appium, Postman, REST Assured, or similar tools.Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.Good understanding of TDD, BDD, Shift-left Testing, Continuous Testing, CI/CD, Microservices, REST APIs, Containers, and Cloud Platforms.Experience with AI-assisted testing, AI coding/testing tools, and modern quality engineering practices.Strong leadership, mentoring, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
