The Opportunity We are looking for an HR Business Partner to serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, driving people initiatives that enable business success and growth. You’ll:

Develop and execute people and talent strategies aligned with business goals Partner with leaders on performance, leadership development, and succession planning Support organizational growth through team planning and role clarity Manage employee lifecycle activities, including employee relations and engagement Use data insights to improve engagement and retention Enable talent development programs and learning initiatives Promote inclusive culture and leadership behaviors Collaborate with HR COEs and regional teams for consistent HR delivery Drive and support HR projects and operational excellence

About You

6-8 years of progressive HR experience, with exposure to HR Business Partnering or closely related roles. Experience supporting leaders and teams in a hi-tech or product-based organization. Demonstrated ability to advise and influence leaders across organizational levels. Strong data-driven mindset, with experience using people's insights to diagnose issues and inform solutions.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a dynamic, fast-changing environment while maintaining attention to detail. Comfort working with ambiguity and evolving business needs, with a solution-oriented and adaptable approach. Experience balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution of HR initiatives.

The Team The HR Business Partner (ZSP) is part of the ZEO Success team, acting as a strategic partner to business leaders. The team focuses on aligning people strategies with business goals, driving organizational effectiveness, and fostering a high-performance, inclusive culture. Working at the intersection of business and HR, the team collaborates closely with HR Centers of Excellence (Talent, Total Rewards) and regional partners to deliver consistent, scalable HR programs across the employee lifecycle. This is a hybrid role based in Bangalore, supporting a dynamic, fast-growing environment.
