AI Change & Organisational Design Lead – Insurance AI Transformation ProgrammeContract Duration: 12 Months | Potential to ExtendRole OverviewWe are seeking an experienced AI Change & Organizational Design Lead to drive enterprise change management, workforce transformation, and operating model evolution as part of a large-scale AI and GenAI transformation programme within the insurance sector.This role will focus on ensuring organisational readiness, adoption, governance, capability uplift, and sustainable integration of AI-enabled ways of working across regional markets.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute enterprise AI change management and transformation strategiesLead organisational impact assessments across business and operational functionsDesign future-state operating models and workforce transformation frameworksPartner with senior leadership teams to drive AI adoption and business readinessDevelop communication, training, engagement, and stakeholder management plansSupport AI governance, responsible AI adoption, and cultural transformation initiativesIdentify capability gaps and support AI upskilling and workforce enablement programmesDrive change interventions across multiple markets and business unitsMonitor adoption metrics, organisational effectiveness, and transformation outcomesRequired Experience8+ years of experience in organisational change, transformation, or operating model designStrong insurance sector experienceProven experience supporting AI, digital, automation, or GenAI transformation initiativesExperience managing enterprise-wide transformation and stakeholder engagement programmesStrong communication, facilitation, and executive engagement capabilityExperience operating within regional or multi-market environmentsPreferred SkillsExposure to workforce transformation related to AI adoptionFamiliarity with change management methodologies such as Prosci, ADKAR, or similarExperience supporting agile transformation environmentsIdeal Candidate ProfileStrategic and highly collaborativeStrong executive presence and influencing capabilityAble to navigate ambiguity and complex stakeholder environmentsPassionate about organisational transformation and future ways of working
