Part-Time Workplace Safety (BizSafe) & Facilities Officer

Since 2014, we have focused on providing reliable payment operations and practical, on‑site support in real merchant environments.We are seeking a Part-Time Workplace Safety (BizSafe) & Facilities Officer to oversee workplace safety compliance and facilities management.This role is suited for someone structured, detail‑focused, and accountable — comfortable taking ownership of safety standards and ensuring the workplace remains compliant and well‑maintained.Key ResponsibilitiesBizSafe & Workplace SafetySupport and maintain the company’s BizSafe certification, ensuring compliance with WSH regulationsImplement and uphold Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) policies and proceduresConduct regular safety inspections and risk assessmentsMaintain proper documentation, including risk registers, incident reports, and safety recordsCoordinate safety training and required certificationsLiaise with external auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities when requiredFacilities & General Office ManagementOversee office supplies inventory and place orders as necessaryMaintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environmentCoordinate with vendors, service providers, and building management for office maintenance and repairsEnsure office facilities are safe, functional, and compliant with safety standardsMonitor workplace conditions and promptly address facilities or safety-related issuesCompliance & OwnershipEnsure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirementsMaintain accurate documentation for audits and compliance reviewsTake ownership of all BizSafe and facilities matters, ensuring timely follow‑through and resolutionRequirementsMinimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in BizSafe / WSH and facilities managementBizSafe Level 4 certification preferred (Level 3 candidates with strong experience may also be considered)Good understanding of Singapore WSH regulations and BizSafe frameworkStrong attention to detail and documentation skillsAble to work independently and manage responsibilities with minimal supervisionClear spoken and written EnglishProficient in Microsoft Word and ExcelWorking ArrangementPart-time role: 2–3 days per weekFlexible scheduling can be discussed based on operational needsCompensationCompensation will be assessed based on relevant experience, skills, and scope of responsibilities, in line with company guidelines.Why Join CubePayClear and focused scope of responsibilitiesPractical and structured working environmentSupportive team with straightforward processesOpportunity to directly contribute to workplace safety and complianceIf you are reliable, structured, and BizSafe-certified with facilities experience, we welcome your application.Apply to join CubePay.
