Job's missionThe Specialist I/II, Operations Intelligence, Decision Intelligence supports analytical modeling, KPI reporting, and data exploration to improve operational insights and decision-making. The role contributes to the translation of business data into actionable intelligence for operations and supply chain teams. Your work will directly contribute to smarter, data-driven decisions that optimize efficiency, quality, and scalability in a high-tech semiconductor environment.What you will be working onAnalyze large operational and supply chain datasets to identify patterns, anomalies, and optimization opportunitiesDevelop and maintain dashboards and analytical reports to support KPI tracking and decision-makingBuild and support statistical and predictive models, including feature engineering and validationPerform data preprocessing, cleansing, and transformation to ensure data reliability and usabilityDefine and standardize metrics, ensuring consistency and business relevanceCollaborate with stakeholders to translate business challenges into analytical problems and solutionsCommunicate insights clearly through data storytelling, visualizations, and structured analysisSupport continuous improvement of data workflows, tools, and methodologiesWhat we are looking forBachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, or related fieldMinimum 1 year or relevant internship experience in data science, analytics, or business intelligence rolesStrong SQL skills and hands-on experience with Python or R for data analysisSolid foundation in statistics including hypothesis testing and regressionExperience with data visualization and dashboarding toolsAbility to structure and analyze complex datasets to generate insightsStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailEffective communication and collaboration skillsWhat sets you apartExperience with statistical modeling, machine learning, or predictive analyticsFamiliarity with operations or supply chain dataExperience working with large-scale or messy datasetsKnowledge of data pipelines or workflow toolsExperience with tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platformsCuriosity-driven mindset with a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving4Apply today to be part of what’s next.We make the tech that enables the chips in devices which improve lives around the world.
