About the jobAn enterprise-grade sovereign AI platform is looking for a Customer Success AI Engineer to join their team.Your new roleAs a Customer Success AI Engineer, you will be responsible for:• Lead technical presales, discovery sessions, and customer-facing proof-of-concept development.• Build and productionize AI prototypes with security, observability, and scalability.• Develop agentic AI applications on platform with retrieval, guardrails, and workflow integration.• Own end-to-end pilot delivery, including integration, optimization, and technical support.• Drive reusable solution patterns and contribute to platform and delivery tooling improvements.• Engage directly with engineers, architects, and executives to communicate technical solutions effectively.What you’ll need to succeed• Proven experience scaling AI prototypes into secure, production-ready enterprise systems.• Hands-on development of agentic AI solutions, full-stack applications, and integrations.• Strong user of AI-assisted development tools with focus on code quality and reliability.• Excellent customer-facing skills, able to engage and influence technical stakeholders.• Thrives in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with flexibility for travel and onsite engagements.• Solid engineering foundations across backend development, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and AI/ML concepts.• Experience in solutions engineering, regulated industries, LLM platforms, and creating reusable AI solution patterns.What you'll get in returnIn return, you'll be part of an organization that values its employees.
