AI Product Design Engineer (Perm)

Lead end-to-end product design for AI-driven features: user research, interaction design, prototyping, and delivery.Design conversational and agentic UI patterns — how users delegate tasks, review outputs, and maintain control.Build high-fidelity interactive prototypes and validate them with real users and stakeholders.Define design systems and component libraries that scale across web, desktop, and 3D environments.Collaborate closely with AI, engineering, and product teams to translate model capabilities into usable features.Champion responsible AI design: explainability, appropriate trust signals, and clear human-override affordances.Requirements: BS/MS in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.Strong portfolio of shipped product design work, preferably in AI, SaaS, or developer tools.Proficiency with Figma for design and prototyping; experience building or contributing to design systems.Ability to write or adapt front-end code (HTML/CSS/React) to prototype ideas directly.Deep empathy for users — you conduct research, synthesize findings, and let data guide decisions.Excellent communication skills to align diverse technical and business stakeholders.Bonus pointsExperience designing for AI products: chat, agents, copilots, or generative tools.Familiarity with 3D or spatial UI design (XR, Omniverse, game UI).Background in industrial or enterprise UX.Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and inclusive design.We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.GMP Technologies (S) Pte Ltd | EA License: 11C3793 | EA Personnel: Bautista Gia Grace De Guzman | Registration No: R23111973
