The AI Security Manager leads the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of AI-specificsecurity controls across the organisation. He/she is accountable for defendingthe organisation against AI-powered external threats — deepfake-driven businessemail compromise, AI-generated phishing, synthetic identity attacks — and forsecuring the internal use of AI systems, copilots, and agentic platforms. He/sheserves as the technical authority on AI security and partners with TechnologyGRC, Internal Audit, and the AI Assurance Manager to deliver a completedefensive posture for AI within the organisation.He/she is well versedin cybersecurity standards, protocols, and frameworks, ensuring all AI securityinitiatives work in strict compliance with the Cyber Security Act 2018.Possessing deep knowledge of various application and hardware technologies,he/she systematically designs and implements secure system architectures.Furthermore, he/she is an articulate communicator who collaborates seamlesslywith team members and cross-functional stakeholders to foster a culture ofsecure AI innovation.Responsibilities:Develop ArchitectureRequirements & Maintain Oversight· Define and own AISecurity strategy aligned to enterprise risk posture· Establishsecure-by-design architecture patterns for AI/ML systems (GenAI, agentic, ML,vendor AI)Set governance and control frameworks aligned with NIST AI RMF, ISO42001, OWASP LLM Top 10, IMDA, MAS, EU AI Act· Serve as technicalauthority on AI security for senior stakeholders and Board reporting· Build AI securityawareness programmes for high-risk business functions· Manage AI securityvendors, MSSPs, and red-team providers, including budget oversight· Partner with AIAssurance to drive remediation of audit/assurance findings· Maintain overalloversight of AI security posture, risks, and control effectivenessImplement SecuritySystems· Design and implementcontrols to secure AI agents, copilots, and automation· Prompt injectionprotection, output filtering, sandboxing, tool restrictions· Credential scoping andmonitoring controls· Embed AI-awaredetection capabilities into SIEM and SOC pipelinesDevelop and •implementincident response playbooks for AI-related threats· Deepfake BEC, modelabuse, agent escape, AI data exfiltration· Implement defencemechanisms against AI-enabled external threats· AI phishing, syntheticidentity fraud, AI-driven social engineering· Lead AI red-teaming andadversarial testing (internal / external providers)· Drive remediation ofvulnerabilities identified during testingManage SecuritySystems · Monitor AI systems andenforce ongoing security controls· Coordinate with SOC onAI threat detection and incident response· Manage remediation ofAI security risks to closure· Maintain readiness forAI cybersecurity incidents· Ensure effectivenessand continuous improvement of controls· Coordinate AI securityoperations across IT, Risk, Ops, and vendors· Oversee lifecyclemanagement of AI security tools and systemsRequirements · Bachelor’s degree incomputer science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related discipline.· Minimum 7-10 years'experience in cybersecurity, with at least 3 years focused on AI/ML security orMLSecOps.· Hands-on experiencesecuring production AI systems — generative AI, agentic systems, or MLpipelines.· Demonstrated ability totranslate complex AI risk into board-level narrative.· Senior securitycertification such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent.Working knowledge of NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, OWASP LLM Top 10, and MITREATLAS.· Strong written andverbal communication skills, with executive-level stakeholder presence.Interested candidatesmay send their CV to MAC (Reg No. R1221300) at [email protected] quotingthe job title in the Subject line.
