In this role, you will be responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining IT infrastructure while supporting the integration of AI-powered systems. You will play a key role in ensuring optimal system performance, security, and client satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, deploy, and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, and cloud servicesDevelop and implement system configurations, procedures, and documentationSupport the deployment and integration of AI-powered systems and tools within existing IT infrastructureMonitor and maintain system performance, security, and availabilityTroubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issuesPerform regular system upgrades, patches, and backupsImplement and manage security measures to protect systems, data, and networksConduct regular security assessments and auditsCreate and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, procedures, and changesGenerate reports on system performance, issues, and improvementsDocument AI system configurations, performance metrics, and integration pointsProvide technical support and training to end-usersAddress and resolve client inquiries and issues promptlyRequirements & QualificationsPreferably Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related fieldMinimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in systems engineering or IT infrastructure managementExperience with server administration in Windows Server and/or Linux environmentsHands-on experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is preferredExposure to AI system deployment or integration is an added advantageProficiency in configuring, troubleshooting, and supporting hardware and software platforms, with emphasis on Microsoft environmentsGood understanding of Active Directory (AD) policy managementFamiliarity with scripting languages such as PowerShell, Visual Basic, or batch filesExperience with system deployment tools (e.g., SCCM) and patch managementKnowledge of operating system security, encryption, and vulnerability managementUnderstanding of network protocols, storage solutions, and backup strategiesWe are driven by our AEIOU beliefs—Adventure, Excellence, Integrity, Ownership, and Unity—and we seek individuals who embody these values in both their professional and personal lives.
