Employment Type: Full-Time Location: Singapore Keyrus are searching for an ambitious Enterprise Consulting Manager to join our team in Asia. Who You Are:Background in financial/multi-dimensional modeling, analytics, or business intelligenceMinimum of 5+ years of experience in implementing Performance Management Solutions using Anaplan, Oracle Hyperion, SAP EPM, IBM TM1/Cognos, Tableau, or similar technologiesPrior relevant consulting or industry experience in a client facing rolePrior experience overseeing project teams and change initiatives in a project management rolePrior Experience leading a project team of 3-5 people using structured methodologies for gathering business requirements, business processes, data conversions, and system interfacesPrior experience in business development and providing sales support including contribution to RFPs and conducting demo sessions for prospective clientsPrior experience in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) like Agile methodologiesDemonstrated organizational and prioritization skillsAnaplan Certification such as Master AnaplannerBachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Information Management and Technology, Engineering, or related field and equivalent experienceWhat You Will Do:Manage the project team through the project implementation from start to finish using Agile MethodologiesServe as the main client contact and manage day to day interactions Lead client through the design discussions to ensure that all the client’s requirements are met in an optimal solution  Manage and mentor team members through identification and improvement of delivery and help others understand how to implement optimized solutions Deliver high level presentations to audiences ranging from executives to business users Displays knowledge leadership and subject matter expertise in the Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) domain Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new clients to identify pain points and expansion opportunities  Demonstrate technical knowledge for software implementations including activities around field to field data mapping, conversion validation, system and security configuration, user acceptance testing, and system integration testing Determine and set priorities, scope, timeline, goals, and key milestones for projects Maintain customer focus and demonstrate leadership to drive consensus and project related decisions Communicate well written and orally at all levels ‐ managerial, technical, and user What We Offer:Competitive compensation and bonus.Provided laptop and working assets.Flexible work policy.Health Insurance. 20 days annual leave. Position in Asia with support from a larger international community. Open work climate fostering innovation and development. Opportunity to work independently and in teams. International projects for medium to large companies in various industries. Explore different roles and responsibilities within the team based on your ambition and interests. About Keyrus: Keyrus is an international consulting firm, specializing in the seamless integration of data intelligence and digital solutions.
