For more information, please visit: http://ir.netease.com/ Position Overview： Responsible for the product's worldview setting and meta narrative copy; enhance long-term retention and emotional attachment through characters, storylines and thematic packaging (benchmarking narrative-driven merge products such as Gossip Harbor). Serves overseas markets; native-level English writing is a core requirement. Responsibilities：

Contribute to the product's worldview setting, character design and narrative line development Write in-game copy: story dialogue, quest text, event narratives and character lines Collaborate with the localization team to ensure cultural adaptation and language quality of narratives in target markets Work with operations / art teams to integrate narrative into LiveOps events and meta scenarios Research narrative preferences and pop culture trends in target markets (North America / Europe)

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or above in Creative Writing, Literature, Media, Drama, Game Design, Digital Media or related fields Native-level English writing ability (serving overseas markets; the copy IS the product) Strong storytelling and character-building skills; must provide a writing portfolio / script samples Understanding of and passion for narrative-driven casual games Effective collaboration across cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications:

Published work or internship experience in game narrative / scriptwriting / content creation / screenwriting Multilingual ability (Chinese / others), beneficial for cross-market narrative and localization collaboration Familiarity with the meta structure of merge / simulation / narrative-driven games
