Sr. Full-Stack AI Engineer [Influence ID]

Job Description  Build and maintain backend services using Go (Golang) Design efficient database structures and optimize PostgreSQL queries Implement caching, queues, and real-time systems using Redis Build and enhance frontend applications using Vue.js Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Cursor, Claude, Copilot, etc.) to accelerate development workflows Create effective prompts and workflows for AI-assisted coding, debugging, testing, and automation Review, validate, and improve AI-generated code to ensure scalability, security, and maintainability Take full ownership of projects, from development to deployment and operational support Troubleshoot and resolve technical and production issues independently Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability Assist with deployment, monitoring, and lightweight operational/infrastructure support Continuously improve engineering productivity through AI-assisted workflows and automation

Requirements  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field Minimum 4 years of experience in full-stack development Strong experience with Golang, PostgreSQL, Redis, and Vue.js Experience using AI coding assistants and AI-powered development tools in daily workflows Strong understanding of backend architecture, APIs, and frontend engineering fundamentals Knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures Experience with modern frontend development, including Vue 3, TypeScript, and state management (Vuex/Pinia) Familiarity with mobile development frameworks (Flutter or React Native) is a plus Familiarity with DevOps, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployment is a plus Ability to validate, refine, and troubleshoot AI-generated code effectively Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable working with rapidly evolving AI technologies

Nice To Have  Experience integrating LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, etc.) Experience with AI automation tools such as n8n, LangChain, Make, or Zapier Experience building internal tools and automations Startup or high-growth environment experience Experience supporting production systems and operational workflows
