Collaborate with customers and teams to deliver innovative AI projects within the Microsoft ecosystem.ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and support AI and cloud solutions using Microsoft technologies to meet customer needsDevelop and deploy AI applications leveraging Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Fabric, and related platformsLead and participate in Proof of Concepts (POCs), customer demonstrations, and project implementations to validate AI solutionsSupport AI automation, data analytics, and workflow improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiencyApply prompt engineering, AI governance, and responsible AI practices in solution developmentCreate basic scripts, automation tools, and system integrations using programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, C#, PowerShell, or SQLPrepare clear technical documentation, solution guides, and project reports to support knowledge sharing and project trackingTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues during deployment and ongoing support to ensure solution reliabilityStay current with Microsoft AI technologies and industry best practices to continuously improve solution qualityCollaborate effectively with internal teams and customers to achieve successful project outcomesPreferred competencies and qualificationsDiploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Data Analytics, AI, or related fieldsFamiliarity with Microsoft cloud platforms and technologies including Microsoft 365 and Power PlatformBasic programming skills in Python, JavaScript, C#, PowerShell, or SQLUnderstanding of APIs, automation, and system integration conceptsKnowledge of AI, Machine Learning, Data Analytics, or Cloud Computing principlesWillingness to pursue Microsoft certifications such as AI-900, AI-102, AZ-900, DP-600/DP-700, MS-900, and PL-900
