This role sits within a teamfocused on enhancing enterprise reporting and analytics capabilities, with anemphasis on improving how data is structured, modelled, and consumed bybusiness stakeholders. The environment combines legacy and modern dataecosystems, and the successful candidate will play a key role in bridgingtechnical data engineering with business-oriented analytics and reportingdesign.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the design and enhancement of enterprise reporting and analytics solutions within a Microsoft-based cloud data platform environment.Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to understand reporting requirements, translate data needs, and improve the usability and structure of analytics outputs.Contribute to the development and optimisation of data models, reporting structures, and analytics datasets to support business decision-making.Collaborate with existing data engineering teams to improve overall data architecture, reporting logic, and analytics capabilities across the organisation.Support analytics and reporting initiatives involving Microsoft Fabric, Azure-based data services, Purview, and Power BI technologies.Participate in data design discussions involving concepts such as medallion architecture, data structuring, and reporting layer optimisation.Assist in identifying opportunities to improve data quality, reporting effectiveness, and business visibility through more structured analytics practices.Provide hands-on support across analytics delivery activities, including reporting enhancements, data interpretation, stakeholder engagement, and analytics solution support.Job RequirementsExperience working in data analytics, reporting, business intelligence, or analytics engineering roles within enterprise environments.Hands-on exposure to Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Azure data technologies, and/or Purview within data and analytics projects.Strong understanding of data modelling, database design, reporting structures, and analytics concepts beyond dashboard development.Ability to bridge technical and business conversations, particularly in translating reporting requirements into meaningful analytics solutions.Prior experience supporting enterprise reporting or analytics initiatives within insurance or financial services environments is strongly preferred.Familiarity with modern cloud-based data architectures and concepts such as medallion architecture, analytics layers, and structured reporting environments.Exposure to SQL, data transformation processes, and enterprise-scale data ecosystems will be advantageous.Strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and a practical, delivery-oriented mindset with the ability to work in evolving project environments.If this role aligns with your experience and career goals,please send your application to [email protected].
