We serve global clients across IoT, blockchain, fintech, and ecommerce, delivering quality products through passionate collaboration and cutting-edge technology.Job SummaryYou will drive ICT procurement and contract management initiatives, leveraging your expertise in government e-procurement, project management, and IT business analysis to optimize processes and support strategic sourcing decisions.ResponsibilitiesLead ICT procurement activities by applying knowledge of government e-procurement systems to evaluate tenders and negotiate contracts effectivelyAnalyze ICT market trends and pricing models to inform procurement strategies and optimize costsManage cloud, SaaS, and Agile projects to ensure timely delivery and alignment with organizational goalsConduct IT business analysis to identify requirements and support procurement and contract management processesDevelop and implement automation tools, including Generative AI solutions, to enhance contract management efficiencyMonitor and track project progress, resolving contractor disputes and managing supplier performance to maintain quality standardsCommunicate clearly and persuasively with stakeholders at all levels to influence decisions and pitch ideasCollaborate with cross-functional teams and work independently to achieve procurement objectivesUtilize Microsoft Office Suite to prepare reports and presentations supporting procurement activitiesApply analytical, organizational, and planning skills to manage multiple procurement projects concurrentlyUse Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power BI to generate insights for procurement and contract management (preferred)Preferred competencies and qualificationsExperience with government Information Management (IM) on ProcurementParticipation in full software or product development cyclesExperience in contractor dispute resolution and performance managementProficiency in Business Intelligence (BI) tools (Tableau and/or Power BI)
