Senior Data Business Analyst (Banking Technology)

Over nearly three decades, we have partnered with top-tier organizations to drive impactful digital transformation journeys.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with business unit specialists to elicit, review, and validate data and business requirements. Perform impact assessments and analyze "to-be" operational processes.Translate complex data requirements into clear functional specifications for System Analysts, ensuring end-to-end traceability.Oversee data mapping, transformation rules, and data validation processes to ensure high-quality data integration.Review test plans, support SIT and UAT cycles, and lead defect prioritisation, tracking, and resolution.Monitor scope, manage project change requests, mitigate risks, and coordinate execution across business and technology teams.Requirements: 10 years of business analysis experience with a strong, demonstrable track record of delivering data-related initiatives.Strong SQL skills with hands-on experience in data profiling, validation, and data mapping/transformation.Solid understanding of relational database structures and data architectures.Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (including Macros), SharePoint, and JIRA.Strong grounding in change management and SDLC project management fundamentals.Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
