The role partners closely with cross-functional stakeholders to represent the customer’s voice, derive actionable insights and support key business decisions through research and data analysis. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical thinking, stakeholder management and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful business recommendations.Make an Impact by Design research programs that address business needs. Engage with internal stakeholders, ask the right questions in order to understand the key objectives for the research, identify / recommend the right approach, source and analyze data and information from available resources, joining the dots and drawing conclusions from them to inform key business decisionsBrief market research agencies, and assess, evaluate, and execute research agency proposals for external researchManage project timelines, budgets and deliverables, and ensure research agencies deliver actionable and insightful reports that address key business objectivesProgram questionnaires using our cloud-based platformMonitor key markets such as travel in/out of Singapore, foreign workers, and trends in the prepaid and roaming spaceDevelop and deliver effective and compelling storylines utilizing data.
