Key Highlights:Office Hours: Monday-FridayNearest MRT: Somerset StationSupport research and programme reviews through literature research, data analysis, reporting and stakeholder coordination.Job Responsibilities:Conduct literature and desktop research to support ongoing programme and policy reviews.Gather and consolidate relevant local and international research, data and reference materials.Coordinate the collection of information and data from relevant stakeholders.Perform data cleaning, coding and basic analysis to support research findings.Assist in reviewing programme data and identifying relevant trends or insights.Prepare reports, summaries and PowerPoint presentations based on research and analysis.Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to obtain required information and follow up on project matters.Maintain proper documentation and support the timely completion of research and programme-related activities.Provide general administrative and project support as required.Key Requirements:Diploma or higher qualification in a relevant discipline.Candidates with relevant research or data analysis experience are welcome to apply.Experience in research, data collection, data cleaning or analysis would be advantageous.Comfortable working with numerical information and large sets of data.Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.Able to conduct online research and summarise information clearly.Good written communication and stakeholder coordination skills.Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.Only shortlisted candidates are notified.
